Write a script taking -v and -o FILE, which then reports what it was given and what was left over. The operands must survive.
Goal

Write run.sh, which accepts -v and -o FILE, drops the options it parsed, and prints v=<0 or 1> o=<file> rest=<the operands>. Then run it with -v -o out.txt keep me.
